Project Exploration:

We begin with an initial meeting to define the purpose of your project—whether it’s for leisure, investment, or both. Together, we assess the land, location, lifestyle, and intended use. From there, we establish the foundations of the design: the number of rooms, ideal layout, architectural style, desired investment level, and, if relevant, profitability criteria.

Tailored design:

We create the full architectural design package, including detailed floor plans with furniture layout, sections, exterior elevations, lighting and flooring plans. From there, we build a 3D model and produce high-quality renderings so you can clearly visualize how your home will look, complete with walls and carpentry details. This stage gives you the clarity and confidence to make informed decisions before construction begins.

Visualization & Handover: 

Together we review every detail and make adjustments as needed to ensure the project is perfectly aligned with your vision. You’ll then receive a complete final dossier with all the documentation ready for your local architect or construction team, including:

  • 2D drawings: detailed floor plans, 2 sections, 4 exterior elevations, lighting design plans, and flooring layouts

  • 3D model with or without furniture (basic furnishings)

  • High-quality renderings for a clear visualization of your home

  • Final PDF dossier prepared for seamless handover to your local professional

  • Personalized guidance at every stage of the process
